It is with great excitement and pride that we announce the recipients of the Model Mustang Staff Award for the month of November! This award is a tribute to those outstanding individuals who embody the qualities of a true “Model Mustang”; they inspire, lead, foster positivity, persevere, and excel in all that they do. Each Model Mustang was nominated by colleagues who took the time to acknowledge and celebrate their coworkers’ exceptional contributions to our district. Their hard work and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for the positive impact they have within RSU 57! Click the link to view November's Model Mustang Award recipients. Massabesic Adult and Community Education is proud to partner with the Kinship Program to put on a free seminar about "Raising a Relative's Child". This informational session provides kinship providers, formal (DHHS involvement) and informal (no DHHS involvement) an opportunity to connect with other families raising relatives children, learn what it means to be a kinship provider and what resources are out there to support them. Our upcoming session is Wednesday, November 1st from 6-7:30pm at the Massabesic Adult Learning Center. Free childcare will be provided. As part of National School Bus Safety Week, RSU 57 hosted a BBQ for our Transportation Department and celebrated staff for the incredible work they do to keep our students safe on and off the road. Additionally, students across RSU 57 created designs that showed what "Safely Rolling to My Destination" means to them. Transportation staff had the opportunity to view all of the incredible designs and vote for their favorite. The Grand Prize Winner's design will be featured on the 2024 National Bus Safety Flyer!
Thank you to our Transportation Department employees for their continuous hard work and dedication to serving our community.
